Floors of Wood is owned and operated by Kris Outland in Arroyo Grande, California. Kris was born and raised right here on the Central Coast and has the same strong work ethic the Outland family is known for.

Floors of Wood was founded in 1993 and has decades of combined experience refinishing and installing hardwood flooring systems. We work hard to stay current with products and procedures that get the most out of your hardwood floors. Our dustless sanding system is state of the art. We also sell hardwood floor products and materials to contractors and do-it-yourself individuals.
